I've got 4-5 armies of 10k+ men and some got beat by muslims (I play the Britania Empire, ruling over British Isles, Spain and Scandinavia, and I'm currently protecting the Kingdom of Jerusalem against Djihadists, which belongs to a vassal of mine) so they got down to 4-5k men, but they don't replenish on allied territories anymore, which they used to do in any previous war. I've played the game for a hundred hours and I recently have figured out my levies didn't replenish anymore when placed on allied territories.
